公司總部設(shè)在風(fēng)景怡人的漢口江灘，辦公面積1000多平方米，辦公條件優(yōu)越，現(xiàn)有員工100余人，分為外聯(lián)、跟單、采購(gòu)、品質(zhì)控制、檢測(cè)中心、研發(fā)、人事行政、財(cái)務(wù)八部門，各部門分工明確，責(zé)權(quán)清晰，為客戶提供從打樣、下單、交貨到售后的全程服務(wù)。外聯(lián)部和跟單部員工擁有良好的中英文表達(dá)能力，具有國(guó)家跟單員職業(yè)資格證書；品質(zhì)控制部常年派駐近20名QC駐廠，該部員工均具有十年以上紡織行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從源頭開始保證交貨期、嚴(yán)格控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；總部檢測(cè)中心配有總值近百萬的專業(yè)檢測(cè)設(shè)備和具有研究生學(xué)歷的工程師，以確保產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)達(dá)到客戶要求；研發(fā)和采購(gòu)部門洞悉制帽流行趨勢(shì)，熟悉面料特性并掌握第一手的資源和渠道，擁有穩(wěn)固可靠的供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)。公司啟用ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施全流程管理，進(jìn)一步提升了工作和服務(wù)效率。

Our company is headquartered besides scenic Yangtze River beach, with over 1000 square meters’ office area and excellent working environment. Our headquarters has over 50 staff and is divided into 8 departments, including External Liaison Dept, Merchandising Dept, Purchasing Dept, Quality Control Dept, Laboratory Center, Research& Development Dept, Human Resource Dept and Finance Dept. Our departments have clear-cut assignment of responsibility, and can provide our customers with one-stop service from sampling, order placing, goods shipping and after-sale service.
Our people of External Liaison & Merchandising Dept are good at English, and certified by National merchandiser occupational qualification. About 20 QC from Quality Control Dept, each with more than 10 years experience in textile industry, stay at fabric mills all year around to ensure timely delivery date and quality goods by monitoring bulk production from the beginning. Our laboratory center is equipped with over 1 million RMB Yuan of professional testing equipments and our lab technicians with master degree, which guarantee our products to meet clients’ technical requirement perfectly. R&D and Purchasing Dept. have been keeping close watch on fashion trend of caps, collecting more information of fabric characters, resource and channel, and establishing stable & reliable supply chain. Full performance of ERP system in our management enhances our working efficiency greatly.

公司專業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)制帽用面料輔料，在國(guó)內(nèi)制帽行業(yè)擁有較高的美譽(yù)度。面料方面主要有精紡粗紡羊毛、棉、滌綸、腈綸、混紡，色織、針織、經(jīng)編、真皮、PU皮、牛仔布以及功能性運(yùn)動(dòng)面料等。輔料方面有各種材質(zhì)的壓條、汗帶、襯布、帽檐布等。針織運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝面料在不斷開發(fā)和拓展中，今后會(huì)成為公司新的發(fā)展方向和增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。

Our company specializes in caps fabrics & accessories, and enjoys good reputation in textile industry. Our fabrics have Worsted & Slub Wool, Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Blended Fabrics, Color Weaves, Knitting, Warp Knitting, Genuine Leather, PU, Denim and functional sport fabric and so on. Accessories include Taping, Sweatband, Lining, Undervisor fabrics etc. The newly developed knitting sportswear fabrics will become our company’s new direction and growth points moving forward.
